City Palms

City Palms, located across the street from CityPlace in the heart of downtown West Palm Beach, is a 288-unit luxury, mixed-use condominium. Already under construction, it will offer urban living in a sophisticated and relaxed environment. The 10-story, Key West style building features high-end amenities with pre-construction prices for the one-, two- and three-bedroom residences starting from the low $300s, a price point lower than other comparable luxury condos in the market. The elegant Key West style design was used explicitly to evoke a sense of relaxed urban living while Smart Building technology is integrated seamlessly so residents will have all the latest innovation in a sophisticated yet unfussy environment. 

The building will feature a public plaza, a gracious double-height lobby, an elegant clubroom for entertaining, a news/reading room and a veranda pavilion with a fully equipped, hi-tech fitness center. Valet and front desk/concierge will be offered 24-hours a day. The sixth level Palm Court will host a lushly landscaped recreation deck, a 70-foot lap and recreation pool, relaxing raised spa with whirlpool, pool-side Wi-Fi wireless node, and men’s and women’s locker rooms with sauna.
